By 2030, we aim to conduct a staggering one million audits annually. This will revolutionise commercial water management, dramatically reducing waste and lead the charge to a water-wise future.
Roles & Responsibilities
You will join our young, pioneering team and develop cutting-edge models that drastically reduce water loss and wastage.
Initially to build your expertise and reduce water waste, you'll:
- Pinpoint Issues: Use our advanced tools to identify properties with excessive or unbilled water consumption.
- Conduct Field Investigations: Troubleshoot issues, identify water waste and optimise our models.
- Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with our clients to help them resolve issues quickly.
With this knowledge as a foundation, you’ll continue your journey and:
- Innovate: Develop new sectors to identify and address high use/unbilled consumption.
- Analyse Data: Dive into large datasets to uncover hidden patterns.
- Conduct Field Research: Explore a diverse range of commercial properties and gain deeper insights into their water usage.
- Lead Projects: Oversee and manage client water efficiency / unbilled consumption projects.

- Triangulate Info: Check and corroborate information using multiple sources.
- Physically Fit: Can carry out field work including lifting meter pits.
- Experienced Driver: experienced, not phased in traffic.
- Skilled Navigator: get from A to B without fuss, plan efficient routes.
9 Day Fortnight
We run a 9 day fortnight, so you get every other Friday off. You can have a ‘me’ day, go fishing, see family, take a trip, do your chores. You decide!
- During week 1: you work Monday to Friday for a total of 40 hours (if fulltime)
- During week 2: you work Monday to Thursday for 32 hours (if full time)
- You won’t work on the Friday, but will still be paid for it
Flexible Working Hours
You might be a great candidate who cannot work ‘standard’ hours.
While this is intended to be a full time role, we can offer flexible working hours. This might mean earlier or later starts, condensed hours, shorter days, etc
Annual Leave
You get 25 days annual leave each year. Plus 26 Fridays.
Work Location
Our Central Reading office provides a great workspace for collaboration, learning and team building. You would need to be in the office at least 3 days per week.
While most of your work will be office-based, you'll also enjoy exciting field trips.
You would need to be comfortable with occasional overnight stays. This might be 2-3 nights per year.
